Symphony Theologica: Lessons & Sermons From India 1.) Valuable Scripture

“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” – Genesis 1:1

Right at the beginning of Scripture we see the God of the Bible created everything by speaking it into being.  The LORD speaks, and everything is created by His command.
So we see that The Voice of The Almighty God is powerful.

Psalm 29:3-9 (ESV) says:
The voice of the LORD is over the waters;
the God of glory thunders,
the LORD, over many waters.
The voice of the LORD is powerful;
the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.
The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars;
the LORD breaks the cedars of Lebanon.
He makes Lebanon to skip like a calf,
and Sirion like a young wild ox.
The voice of the LORD flashes forth flames of fire.
The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness;
the LORD shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.
The voice of the LORD makes the deer give birth
and strips the forests bare,
and in his temple all cry, “Glory!”

In the book of Proverbs, Scripture says more of the Voice & Word of God: Proverbs 30:5
      “Every word of God is flawless.” (NIV)
      “Every word of God proves true.” (ESV)

The book of Proverbs talks a lot about the difference between wisdom & foolishness.  Specifically, the book also talks about the wisdom of God, as revealed in His Word:
